Calanda peaches in syrup elaborated by Calanda preserves. The syrup is a mixture of sugar and water. We put the peaches into the water and heat it. When the syrup is hot it becomes a bit more thick. The syrup preserving method uses sugar as preserving due to high sugar concentrations kill all the microorganisms. |
