This peaches have passed an strictly variety, origin, size, hardness, colour and optimal maturing state selection due to Calanda protected designation of origin.
This selection is made to garantice that we send you the best quality peaches we have.

The Calanda peaches are canned whole preserving much more flavor and properties.

To elaborate the syrup you have to heat water with sugar and add the peaches later.

When the syrup is hot it becomes a bit more thick.

The syrup preserving method uses sugar as preserving due to high sugar concentrations kill all the microorganisms.
