Is developed in a traditional manner in the province of Teruel in Spain by Soincar, Arcoiris group.

The spanish artisanal marinated loin of pork is elaborated allways with selected Teruel porks.

The marinated meat was traditionally used to preserve the meat during the summer months, in this product we want to get back the traditional recipe from Aragon, Spain.

Following the traditional spanish recipe and elaborating our products artisanally we have developed a marinated loin of pork to remember past flavors.
