It is a red wine from 1999 aged during two and a half years in french oak barrels.
This red wine is made varieties: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 30%, 2% Garnacha and 8% Syrah.
The wheather in Teruel is perfec to elaborate wine due to its Mediterranean Continental climate and the 350 mm rainfall average or the 500 m above the sea level conditions, that are convined to get a table red wine with extraordinary features.

Aging the spanish wine in oak barrels softens and stabilizes the wine texture.

The oak barrels have others effects into wine, apart from the ones mentioned before, they can add a soft vanilla, coconut, chocolate, toasted, caramel, smoke or coffee depending on how oak wood was toasted.

The Garnacha grapes variety is a medium sized grape, rounded and with a yellow-green tone.

Garnacha grapes variety produces a high alcohol content wine with a yellowish straw colour.
