The spanish serrano ham elaborated in Aragon is sommeted to strict quality controlls during the 13 months the drying process takes place. The drying process that takes more than one year long takes place allways slowly in natural drying places. The serrano ham drying takes place in a semidarkness place where the serrano ham sweat in a natural way. |
